products on us. The Product Performance Evaluation
Program provides a no-cost evaluation of a Zoetis
swine product in one of your swine herds.
HOW TO ACCESS PRODUCT PERFORMANCE EVALUATION PROGRAM
The program is available to swine veterinarians in Canada, at no charge, for
trial use of any Zoetis swine product registered for use in Canada. The program
provides complimentary product to participating veterinarians.

Ability of farm to implement protocol
PRODUCT EVALUATION PROCESS
1.
Identify a swine operation with a disease challenge that can be addressed
with a Zoetis swine product.
2.
Review objectives and evaluation methods with Zoetis Territory Manager
and secure test product.
3.
Complimentary product will be shipped to the veterinary clinic.
4.
Work with the producer to use and evaluate the product on-farm, tracking
performance with the Product Performance Evaluation Program form.
HOW TO MAKE A REQUEST
Talk to your Zoetis Territory Manager to make a formal request to evaluate a
Zoetis swine product as part of the Product Performance Evaluation Program.
