 Follows classroom rules.

E = Excellent

 No unexcused absences

 Displays on-task behaviors.

 Is respectful to others.

The student usually:

 Participates in learning.

 2 or fewer uncleared tardies

 Follows classroom rules.

AND/OR

G = Good

 Displays on-task behaviors.

 No unexcused absences

 Is respectful to others.

The student sometimes:

 Participates in learning.

 3 or fewer uncleared tardies

 Follows classroom rules.

S = Satisfactory

AND/OR

 Displays on-task behaviors.

 1 unexcused absence

 Is respectful to others.

The student rarely:

 Participates in learning.

 4 or fewer uncleared tardies

N = Needs

 Follows classroom rules.

AND/OR

Improvement

 2 unexcused absence

 Displays on-task behaviors.
