Payment and Cancellation Policies

Music fees: (circle fees that apply)

$300 – Ceremony Music Fee (includes a consultation and all ceremony music, including piano

accompaniment and up to two sung solos)

$150 – Soloist Fee (includes a consultation and up to two sung solos during the ceremony)

$50 – Extra Solo Fee (if you choose to have more than 2 sung solos during the ceremony, this

fee applies to each additional song)

$50 – Outside Musician Fee (if you choose to use an additional instrumentalist or vocalist,

which requires extra rehearsal time, this fee applies)

$50 – Rehearsal Fee (if you require that Bethany attends the wedding rehearsal, this fee

applies)

A non-refundable deposit in the amount of ________ (50% of total, due seven days after receiving

this contract) made payable to Bethany Wichman is required to guarantee the booking of this event.

Remaining balance of ________ shall be paid at least seven days prior to the event date. Payment is

accepted by cash or check.

If the client cancels the performance, they must directly contact Bethany Wichman at least

30 days prior to the event. If the performance is cancelled within 30 days of the event, there is a

$100 cancellation fee, due within 14 days of cancellation.
