Alternatively, just count the number of digits after the decimal
point, each one represents a multiple of 10 that should appear as the
denominator, e.g.

there are 2 digits after the decimal point so
the denominator will be 100 and the fraction will be

note whole numbers remain unchanged.

Converting Decimals to percentages
To convert a decimal to a percentage just multiply by 100

Converting Percentages to Fractions
Percent means out of 100, to convert a percentage place the
percentage over 100. It may be possible to reduce the fraction
