3. Objectives

The purpose of this project will be to guide the strategic decision-making of

executives within Termuo BCT, with emphasis on how to optimize corporate

strategy involving PRP, BMAC, and autologous fat concentration in point of care

applications within Europe.

4. Tasks

BioInformant Worldwide, LLC, will complete the following tasks:

 Research on end-uses for PRP, BMAC, and autologous fat concentration

in point of care applications within Europe

 Research on the market size and relative potential of PRP, BMAC, and

autologous fat concentration in point of care applications within Europe

 Research on the future growth potential of PRP, BMAC, and autologous

fat concentration in point of care applications within Europe (2016-2020)

 Identification of forces driving market growth for PRP, BMAC, and

autologous fat concentration in point of care applications within Europe

 Assessment of market potential for PRP, BMAC, and autologous fat

concentration within Europe, by specialty and by geography (as possible)

5. Delivery Terms

BioInformant Worldwide, LLC, will electronically deliver a completed PDF file

containing tables, charts, trend data, and key findings to the client, Chris Moore,

of Terumo BCT.

6. Period of Performance

The period of performance will be 3 weeks (21 calendar days) from the award of

work.

7. Pricing Terms

Pricing will be USD $6,747.00 for an expedited (3 week) delivery of this project to

Chris Moore, a representative of Terumo BCT.

An initial payment $3,000.00 is due to initiate the project and the remainder of the

payment ($3,747.00) is due on project completion at the end of the three week

period. Credit card payments are accepted.
