as custodian, or is otherwise unable or ineligible to serve as custodian, then I bequeath

the North Carolina Uniform Transfers to Minors Act. My Executor shall place the
custodian in control of the custodial property as soon as practicable. The custodian shall

Alternate Beneficiaries - Residual Estate Distribution

Alternate Beneficiaries - Per Capita Distribution
If a beneficiary or devisee named in this will shall not survive me, the bequest or
devise made to said beneficiary or devisee shall be distributed equally among my other
beneficiaries and devisees named in this will who shall survive me.
