The employee shall be expected to satisfactory carry out all the tasks and duties
normally associated with the position, or as contained in Annex A. The employee
agrees and undertakes to obey all reasonable and lawful orders and instructions,
which may be given by any person employed by the EMPLOYER who is in a
managerial or supervisory position. The employee confirms that he/she is capable
and competent to perform the duties for which he/she has been employed.
Although you have been employed as ____________________________, you
may be required to perform other duties that may reasonably be expected of you
within the Company from time to time.

your immediate supervisor /manager /owner.
3. PROBATIONARY PERIOD
Your employment is subject to a three (3) month probationary period. During
such period the EMPLOYEE'S performance, skill, conduct, compatibility,
knowledge and health will be evaluated. Any failure by the EMPLOYEE to
comply or meet with the above conditions during or at the conclusion of the
probationary period shall be sufficient reason for the EMPLOYER to terminate
the EMPLOYEE'S services.
