Please return this completed form with your final payment two weeks before the wedding day.
Enclose in your final payment the balance of rental and fees for optional services including media, tractor rides,
rehearsal, and special chair setup fees (if any). If weather cancels any services, we will issue a prompt refund.

4. Table decorating by wedding party—you are welcome to bring in any kind of table décor, including
candles. Table covers are provided by the wedding party, or sometimes the caterer or decorating
consultant hired by the wedding couple. Be sure to confirm details in advance.
