8% PLUS VAT OF EACH MONTHS RENT FOR MINIMUM PERIOD OF 24 MONTHS

Tenancy Agreements prepared with collection of the bond and the 1

Months Rent payment.

Collection of rent and payment to you, less our fees.

We will hold the bond payments and register it into a Government scheme.

Inspect and report upon your property, co-ordinating minor repairs up to an agreed limit of

£100 per month and settling invoices from rents received.

Advise you when the tenancy is coming to an end and seek your instructions for re-letting or

selling the property.

Arrange any necessary cleaning and minor repairs, deducting cost from the tenant’s deposit

where applicable and agreed.

Monitor rent payments and alert you if a tenant falls behind or breaches the tenancy agreement.

THIS AGREEMENT BETWEEN AGENT AND LANDLORD IS FOR 24 MONTHS MINIMUM.

IF WE DO NOT FIND A TENANT FOR YOUR PROPERTY WITHIN THE FIRST THREE

MONTHS YOU CAN WITHDRAW FROM THIS CONTRACT WITH NO PENALTIES

INCURRED.

IF AFTER A TENANT IS FOUND FOR YOUR PROPERTY AND YOU WITHDRAW THE

PROPERTY FROM OURSELVES WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS A PENALTY OF ONE

MONTHS RENT WILL BE INCURRED.
