I am remitting $50 to Michael Lynch, which I understand is a non-refundable application fee.

In addition, I am depositing (2 months rent) $__________________________ as an earnest money

deposit which will be applied to the security deposit for the unit. I understand that this earnest money will

be returned to me if my application is declined.

I understand that once my application has been accepted, if I change my mind and decide not to rent the

unit, my deposit may be forfeited unless a suitable replacement tenant can be found in time to substitute

for me.
