Part 24 Permission to discuss your claim with another person

Fill in this part to give us permission to discuss your claim with someone else, such as a relative or your landlord. Even if you give us permission

to discuss your claim with someone else, we will normally only give that person certain information. For example, we will tell them that you

have made a claim and what stage your claim is at. You must tell us in writing if you want us to stop discussing your claim with this person.

The law allows us to share information about you with other organisations such as government departments and other councils.

We only do this to help us protect public funds and prevent and detect crime.
