Evaluation part A:
Have the students write their name in cursive on a piece of paper using a pencil. This is to assess
correct letter formation and legible cursive writing. Assess students appropriate handwriting
skills: proper posture, position of paper and pencil grip. Use the chart to assess which students
got it, are working on it, and those who are struggling.
