Sadly, our textbook doesn’t have a great chart to show all of the shapes and how many shared and
unshared pairs of electrons in the various VSEPR shapes. Look up a chart for VSPER shapes (make
sure it includes in the # of shared and unshared – sometimes called bonding and nonbonding – pairs
in the chart.) If you’re in my classroom, you may use the AP chem book on page 347.
