satisfaction of the carrier prior to pickup or delivery service.

Item 750

RECONSIGNMENT OR DIVERSION-ITEM 750

Shipments transported may be reconsigned or diverted if possible subject to the following conditions:

1. The term “reconsignment” or “diversion” means any one of the following:

A. A change in the name or address of consignor or consignee.

B. A change in the destination.

C. Any instructions given by the consignor, consignee or owner necessary to effect changes in

delivery.

2. A request for reconsignment or diversion must be made or confirmed by party responsible for freight

charges in writing.

3. Charges for reconsignment or diversions will be computed on an individual basis and must be agreed to

in writing for party responsible for freight charges.

Item 800

REDELIVERY-ITEM 800

When a shipment tendered for delivery and through no fault of the carrier such delivery cannot be

accomplished, no further tender will be made except upon request. Additional delivery attempts will be

made subject to the following provisions:

Customer communicates to carrier by copy of email or facsimile guaranteeing redelivery fee.

When carrier redelivers the original freight charge will be doubled.

Item 850

RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES-ITEM 850

This service is not performed by carrier unless agreed to prior to notification of pickup by communicating

to carrier by copy of email or facsimile guaranteeing charges. Any shipment inadvertently accepted which

requires this service and not agreed to in advance by carrier, may be returned to the shipper. Applicable

charges apply:

$6.75 per hundred weight of order

$150.00 minimum

If carrier agrees to perform a residential delivery, service will be limited to curbside delivery of freight.

hydraulic liftgate is required, hydraulic liftgate charges will apply in addition to residential delivery

charges. Residential delivery charges will be applied at a rate of $6.75 per 100 pounds, subject to a

minimum charge of

$150.00.

Item 875

SPLIT BILLING CHARGE

When requested, carrier may agree to split billing for a shipment between two separate parties. Such

arrangements must be agreed to beforehand and in expressed in writing by both parties. An additional

charge of $36.75 will be accessed to each invoice for this service.
