SORT AND SEGREGATION-ITEM 900

Any shipment requiring that the freight be sorted and/or segregated must be agreed to by the party

responsible for the freight charges in writing prior to carrier performing such service. Charges for said

service will be accessed a rate of $0.57 per 100 lbs. subject to a minimum charge of $75.00 and will be

applicable in addition to all other charges.

Shipments that must be re-palletized due to consignor or consignee’s requirements will be covered under

this item.

Item 950

STOP-OFF CHARGE-ITEM 950

Shipments requiring a pickup or delivery at multiple locations will be subject to a stop-off charge to be

quoted and accepted in writing prior to shipment of freight.

Item 1000

STORAGE-ITEM 1000

Shipments that require storage at carrier’s facility through no fault of the carrier shall be subject to a charge

of $2.36 per 100 lbs. per day after free time of 2 business days have expired, subject to a $10.50 minimum

charge per day and falls under warehouse liability insurance.

Item 1050

FUEL SURCHARGE -ITEM 1050

When the cost of diesel fuel exceeds $1.10 per gallon, a fuel surcharge will be applied. This surcharge will

be applied to all vehicle movement charges, such as base rate and stopoffs. The fuel surcharge is based on

the Department of Energy Highway Diesel price Index for the Central Atlantic States.

Item 1100

HAZARDOUS MATERIAL SURCHARGE ITEM 1100

A hazardous material surcharge will be added to all applicable shipments. For LTL shipments

less than 10,000#’s the charge will be $30.00 per shipment. For shipments from 10,000#’s up to

full truckload, the charge will be $60.00 per shipment.

Item 1150

EXPEDITED, SAME DAY PICKUP AND DELIVERY

When customer requests an expedited, same day pickup and delivery of freight, and carrier agrees

to perform the services, expedited service charges will be applied in addition to normal freight

charges. Expedited service charges will apply at a rate of $12.50 per 100 pounds, subject to a

$125.00 minimum charge. Additional charges for any road, bridge, or tunnel toll charges

incurred in order to provide this service may be applicable.

Item 1200

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date on all freight, warehouse or accessorial invoices.

Failure to remit payment within 60 days of invoice date may result in additional collection

charges. .
