Holiday Pay Policy
The following holidays are paid only if you work on the holiday at a rate of time and a half. To qualify, you
must work the day before, the holiday and the day after to get paid. You also must have passed your 90 day
probationary period. Holidays include:

THIS POLICY IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
PAYROLL CHECKS
All employees are required to pick up employee checks bi-weekly here in the office. NO CHECKS WILL BE
MAILED! Checks will be available for pick up during regular business hours every other Thursday. If you are
having someone other than yourself picking up your check, we need a brief note signed by you allowing that
person to pick up your check.
IF YOU PICK UP CHECK YOU MUST ENTER FROM THE REAR OF OUR OFFICE.
FINAL CHECKS WILL NOT BE MAILED UNLESS YOU SIGN AN EMPLOYEE RELEASE FORM FOR FILE.

INSURANCE INFORMATION
* You must work a minimum of 30 hours per week regularly to qualify for insurance.
** The insurance plan Tedesco Building Service provides is a PPOM. This is subject to
change without notification.
*** Tedesco Building Services, Inc. only pays a portion of the total amount due.
