(i.e., displaced, damaged, missing).

(i.e., displaced, damaged, missing, not required, etc.). Minor displacement of insulation is permissible if

necessary to access vapor retarder.

81) ____ Under floor crawl space ventilation*- Observe and report on presence and condition.
