PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY CONTRACT
Welcome to Community Bible Church! We are delighted that you will be working at our
facilities. We wanted to let you know that there are a few general guidelines which need to be
followed in order for everything to run smoothly. Your cooperation and input is much
appreciated. Please take the time to read and sign this agreement, which stipulates that you are
willing and able to follow the policies set forth by the church. This must be signed and returned
to the church at least two weeks before the wedding in order for the function to take place.
Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to assisting you with the planning.
 Because the wedding ceremony is a sacred occasion, flash photography is not allowed after
the bride has entered the altar area. This applies both to guests and the photographer. Other
photos, such as time exposures, may be made during the ceremony if made form the rear
seating area and does not make a noise that is distracting. At no time during the ceremony
will the photographer walk around in the front of the chapel, the altar area, or place him or
herself in such a position that would distract from the ceremony.
 The officiating pastor will be happy to pose for wedding pictures immediately following the
ceremony. These should be taken first so the pastor is free to resume other duties.
 Videotaping is allowed provided the equipment does not distract from the ceremony, impede
the movement of a guest or damage the facilities. Videotaping must be done without the
addition of special lighting. Videotaping may be done from the back or in the front side area
behind the organ.
 Photographers and video camera operators are cautioned about damaging furniture by
standing on or placing equipment on pews or furniture. They will be held responsible for any
damage resulting form their actions.
 All photographs prior to the wedding must be completed at least one hour before the
scheduled start time of the wedding to allow for sound checks and final clean-up of the
chapel. Prelude music will begin and guests will generally start arriving at least 30 minutes
before the wedding.
 Community Bible Church is a smoke free property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in
the buildings or on the property, including restrooms and kitchen.
 Food and drink are permitted in the atrium only. No food or drink is allowed in the chapel or
foyer.
 Photographers, videographers and their employees must refrain from the use of alcohol or
drugs prior to, during and after the wedding. Alcoholic beverages and drugs are not
permitted on the church’s premises at any time.
