Notification Letter

Dear WIC Client:

An electric breastpump was provided to you on _________________ to help you give the

best nutrition to your baby. Now another client is in need of the breastpump to help feed

her baby.

This is the second request we have made for you to return the breastpump. You agreed to

return the pump within 7 days of our request when it was issued to you. We would

appreciate you returning the pump to the WIC clinic within 7 days of receipt of this letter.

Thank you for helping give other women the chance to successfully breastfeed their

babies. If you have any questions or need assistance in returning the pump to us, please

call us at ______________________.
