The   T enant   w ill   n ot   u se   t he   p remises   f or   a ny   u nlawful   o r   i mmoral   p urpose,   n or   v iolate   a ny   r egulations   o f   t he   B oard   o f   H ealth   o r   l aws  
set   f orth   b y   c ity,   s tate   o r   f ederal   g overnment.     T he   f ollowing   i tems   a re   N OT   p ermitted   t o   b e   s tored   i n   t he   g arage:   n o   f irearms,  
hazardous   m aterials,   p ropane,   f lammable   m aterials   o r   o ther   s ubstances   o r   m aterials   w hich   w ould,   i n   t he   o pinion   o f   t he   i nsurer   o f  
the   p remises,   i ncrease   t he   r isk   o f   f ire   o r   o ther   c asualty.   G arage   d oors   a re   t o   r emain   c losed   w hen   n ot   i n   u se   b y   t he   T enant.  
The   T enant   w ill   n ot   s tore   a ny   v ehicles   ( including   m otorcycles,   t rucks,   t railer   o r   b oats)   o ther   t han   l isted   a bove,   w ithout   t he   w ritten  
consent   o f   t he   L andlord.     N oncompliance   w ith   t he   t erms   o f   t his   l ease   m ay   r esult   i n   t he   t owing   o f   u nlisted   v ehicles   b y   t he   f ollowing
