Duties

4. The midwife will perform such duties as have been discussed by the parties and as are

reasonably required to allow for the success of the project, including but not limited to

the following:

a. X

c. Z

Training

5. The parties agree that the other party to this agreement, whose authority it is to

delegate, will provide training to the midwife in the following manner:

a. X

b. Y

c. Z

Controlled Acts

6. If the midwife will perform any controlled acts that are not authorized to midwives

pursuant to the Midwifery Act, 1991, she will only undertake such acts under formal

delegation by the other party to this agreement.

7. Any such controlled acts will only be performed by the midwife pursuant to formal

written protocols that are in place prior to any controlled acts being performed by the

midwife.

8. Such protocols may include, but are not limited to, the following areas:

a. X

b. Y

c. Z
