Sales Representative
Minimum Profit Guidelines
1.
Reps are encouraged to phone in daily for P.D.I.
2.
Contact your manager to set up a schedule for Personal Consultations.
3.
The Sales Rep agrees to physically submit to the Office Manager, for tracking purposes,
a completed Qualified Presentation Report, every week. The Company reserves the right
to contact people listed on the report for verification. The base-pay for the sales rep
under the Minimum Incentive Program is $
x Qualified Presentations. There
is no minimum number of appointments or sales required for base-pay. At the end of a
base period, the total number of appointments is compared to total commissions earned.
If total commissions on orders are less than total commissions earned on the Minimum
Incentive Program, the Company will pay the difference on the Sales Rep's next
commission statement. In other words, representatives are guaranteed to average at least
the base-pay for all qualified appointments completed regardless of sales made.
4.
Reps should attend weekly sales meetings.
A Qualified Presentation Is:
A.
A potential customer must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age.
B.
A potential customer must be gainfully employed on a permanent basis, or in the case of
married couple, the full presentation must be given in the presence of the person who is
employed.
C.
The Sales Rep must conduct a complete CUTCO sales presentation, including all visual
demonstrations and quoting prices. The presentation must be a “one-on-one” situation,
not a group setting with more than one potential customer present.
****If you have any questions regarding the above guidelines, please consult your
manager. ****
