PROJECT AND PROPOSAL
A.1
Proposal - The application dated [DATE] is incorporated by reference and
constitutes the Proposal for the Project, as agreed to by the Recipient and the
Minister. As per Section 3.4 of the Agreement, the Recipient agrees to carry out the
Project as described in the Proposal, with only such modifications as may be agreed
upon in writing by the Minister.
A.2
Conditions - For clarity, the following are conditions for receiving the Grant
pursuant to the Agreement, but the addition of the following in no way relieve the
Recipient of its obligations in the Agreement and those found in the Proposal:
