Step 1: Type your numbers into the green column, like the green box below.
(You can overtype Spreadsheet 7-01.)
Step 2: Hold down the left mouse key and drag, to highlight the numbers that you typed.
Step 3: Click on the Data menu, and choose ‘Sort’.
Step 4: You must choose this column to sort, but you can decide whether to choose to sort
in ascending order or descending order.
Step 5: When you press ‘OK’, the spreadsheet will automatically order the data for you.
