In consideration of the covenants and agreements contained in the Agreement, the Parties to this

To avoid any confusion all payroll information shall be submitted to the “Service Provider” by

Time sheets on a timely manner



Notification of terminations on a timely manner



Notification of pay changes on a timely manner



Notification of bank account changes for the Church or employees



Correspondence received from governing agencies (i.e. IRS, Worker’s Compensation, etc.)



Passwords so that the “Service Provider” may file tax deposits electronically

The Service Provider will provide the following:
