Maryland F.O.P. Plates cannot and will not be authorized to any Police Officer (Active or Retired) residing in the

State of Maryland who IS NOT a member of the Maryland State Lodge. This Officer, upon being accepted as

Associate Member (NON-LOGO) Plates through the Maryland Lodge providing the Associate Membership.

7.)

Issuer shall completely fill out the Maryland State Lodge application/certification T/C124A.

KEEP the pink copy for your local records and give the other two (2) copies to the member.

Both copies of the T/C 124 A and all copies of the VR124 must be submitted to the state Motor Vehicle

Administration at the time of application.

9.)

MVA has also requested that when issuing forms for “FPA” tags, we add the “FPA” in the blocks on both forms

which state “tag number assigned”.

10.)

As of this date, the fee for organizational “logo” tags (those which are now being issued to active members) is

$25.00 to MVA. The fee for the associate members (FPA) is still $15.00

to MVA. This is in addition to any other fees involved for the transaction of your vehicle.
