Notice for Commencement of Earthworks (NCE)
Within Vicinity of High Voltage Cables
This Form NCE shall be used in pursuant of Section 80(1) (a) of the Electricity
Act 2001 to notify SP PowerAssets Ltd of intended earthworks to be carried out
by the person (namely, the contractor who shall herein be referred to as the
“Applicant”) and which earthworks is in the vicinity of SP PowerAssets’ high
voltage cables. This Notice must be submitted by hand, courier service or by
registered post at least 7 days prior to commencement of the earthworks to:
