NCE SUBMISSION AUTHORISATION FORM

INSTRUCTION:

This form is to be used by the Applicant when submitting NCE through another person who is authorised to make

changes to the NCE form where anomalies or discrepancies are detected by the EMCP staff during submission.

This is to avoid unnecessary rejection of NCE due to errors in the filling of NCE forms.

The person who is authorised should be in a position to make decisions on behalf of the Applicant and its company

at the time of submitting the NCE.
