g) In the event of a damage to electricity cables, I will stop all earthworks and immediately inform ESC at
Tel: 1800-778 8888.
h) I acknowledge that the Electricity Act applies, and hereby undertake to comply with all my duties and obligations
therein.
I hereby declare that I know and understand my duties under the provisions of the Electricity Act, and that the
information in this notice and any attached documents are true, correct and complete to the best of my knowledge. I
shall make myself readily contactable at the contact number given in this notice for the duration of the earthwork.
I consent to the collection, use and disclosure of my personal information by Singapore Power Limited and its
subsidiaries for the purposes of earthworks monitoring and earthwork-related activities.

9. Fees
A fee of $20.80 will be charged for each Notice for Commencement of Earthworks processed by SP PowerGrid Ltd.
An additional fee of $62.35 will be charged for consultation services provided by SP PowerGrid Ltd for sites where
earthwork is within the vicinity of high voltage cables. Total price: $83.15 per notice (inclusive of 7% GST). Payment
by NETS / cashcard / cheque. Cheque is to be made payable to “SP PowerAssets Ltd”.
