A “live litter” is guaranteed. Two [2] live puppies living to six [6] weeks of age is
considered a live litter. Additionally, if the Bitch named herein fails to whelp, the
Owner[s] of the Bitch named herein must notify the Owner[s] of the Stud Dog named
herein within ten [10] days of the whelping due date. If fewer than two [2] puppies
survive to six [6] weeks of age, or if the Bitch fails to whelp, the return of and the
service of the Stud Dog named herein to mate with the Bitch named herein shall be
provided. The Owner[s] of the Bitch shall pay any and all additional expenses
[including, but not limited to, the following examples: transportation costs, current
boarding rates] required for a second attempt at breeding.

All expenses [including, but not limited to, the following examples: transportation
costs, current boarding rates, feed, customary veterinary care, emergency veterinary care
or emergency service of any kind, or shipping] are the responsibilities of the Owner[s]

It is understood that the Owner[s] of the Stud Dog named herein shall maintain the
reasonable care of the Bitch named herein while in the physical possession of, or at the
facility of, the Owner[s] of the Stud Dog named herein. Should the Stud Dog named
herein be leased or lent for service, it is understood that the Owner[s] of the Bitch named
herein shall maintain the reasonable care of the Stud Dog named herein while in the
the physical possession of, or at the facility of, the Owner[s] of the Bitch named herein.

In the case of AI [Artificial Insemination] Breeding, all costs incurred by the Owner[s]
of the Stud Dog named herein will be charged to the Owner[s] of the Bitch named
herein.

Any bitch found to be unsuitable for breeding, or that cannot be bred due to viciousness,
or any other extreme behavioral problem as deemed by the Owner[s] of the Stud Dog
named herein, will be returned to the Owner[s] of Record of the Bitch or Agent[s] thereof
immediately, along with the return of the Stud Service Fee less the documented
expenses incurred.

It is the responsibility of the Owner[s] of the Bitch named herein to advise the Owner[s]
of the Stud Dog named herein of any medical conditions, behavioral problems, habits,
or special needs of the Bitch named herein.
