CONDITIONS OF SERVICE:

Prior to breeding, documentation of OFA certification, a current CERF

certificate, and AKC/UKC registration certificate are required. In addition,

complete vaccinations including kennel cough, and general health certificates are

required.

If any diagnostic testing is deemed necessary (i.e. vaginal smears,

progesterone tests or artificial insemination) this cost will be the responsibility of

the owner of the bitch. This cost will be payable upon the pickup of the bitch after

completion of the BREEDING EFFORT.
