A copy of this agreement along with the copies of Gauge’s OFA certificate,

CERF certificate, and CNM clearance certificate will be supplied when the bitch

is picked up.

If the bitch fails to be in whelp (pregnant), the owner must notify Gauge’s

owner/agent no later than seventy (70) days after the date of the first breeding

date, or one week after the pups are expected.

The owner of the bitch is responsible for the transportation to and from

the place of breeding and any and all associated costs. There will be an

additional charge for a pickup and delivery from any airport of $35 each way.

The first five days of boarding are at no charge, additional days are $10 per day.

We will attempt at least three ties in all natural breedings.

If there is a request for frozen semen, this effort and cost will be solely

negotiated with Gauge’s owner/agent. All costs associated with the rental and

charging of the liquid nitrogen vessel, Fed-Ex shipping costs of the vessel both to

the recipient and return of the vessel back to Symbioun, Inc. of Abilene, KS will

be the responsibility of the bitch owner. We will ship the semen anywhere at

your request. There is a fee of $100-$120 to do a semen relocation and charge

a shipping tank with liquid nitrogen. There will also be FedEx charges to ship the

semen and to return the shipping tank ($200-300 estimate). The female owner

requesting the semen pays for the relocation and Fed Ex charges of

approximately $300 to $420 depending on their location in addition to the

regular stud fee of $650.

Gauge’s owner/agent stipulates that a litter is considered three (3) or

more live puppies 72 hours after birth; anything less than three puppies is billed

at $150.00 per puppy. If a puppy is to be received in lieu of the stud fee, the

choice will be made by the 7

week of the puppy’s life.

The balance of the stud fee $450.00 is due upon the presentation of the

litter registration form. The form will not be signed until the stud fee balance is

paid

full. If the agreement was based on the receipt of a puppy in lieu of the

stud fee, the litter registration form will be signed upon possession of the puppy.
