The undersigned borrowers and sellers of the above subject property do hereby Hold

Harmless, Titlesoft, Inc., ABC Mortgage Corporation, Inc., ABC Mortgage

Corporation, Help-U-Sell Real Estate, and Sellem Real Estate from any and all loss,

damage, expenses, claims, suits, proceedings, actions and causes of actions of any kind

and nature arising or growing out of the Termite/ Pest Inspection dated by Massey Pest.

I hereby accept this property in its current condition as stated on the termite inspection.
