For the year under review, total emoluments (including any reimbursement of expenses) amounting to
HK$165,890 (2004: Directors’ fee of HK$168,096) were paid or payable to Independent Non-executive
Directors of the Company, being in the form of Directors’ fees of HK$154,796 and fee for acting as
members of the Audit Committee of HK$11,094.
