COMPLIANCE WITH THIS SECTION, THE SELLER MAY PROVIDE A COPY OF THE "EMPLOYER'S
QUARTERLY REPORT" FOR EMPLOYEE WAGES IT FILES WITH THE TEXAS WORKFORCE
COMMISSION.
