The fee for the SEO services as described above is $__________. All fees will be paid in full prior
to the start of the SEO campaign.
Any additional services not listed above will be provided for a flat fee of $__________ per hour.
The Client hereby agrees to provide The Company with an Administrative level of access to The
Website for SEO analysis of content and structure. If The Client’s site is lacking in textual
content, The Client will supply additional content in electronic format to The Company for the
purpose of creating additional and / or richer web pages. The Client hereby gives The Company
permission to make any changes to The Website for the purpose of optimization and also
grants permission to communicate directly with any third parties for optimization purposes.
The Client hereby understands that all fees that are charged by The Company are non-
refundable. The Client also understands that all services, documents, recommendations, and
reports provided by The Company are proprietary and completely confidential.
The Company has absolutely no control over the policies of any of the search engines regarding
the type of sites or content that they will accept now or in the future. Going forward The
Client’s Website may be excluded from any directory or search engine at the discretion of the
search engine.
The Company cannot guarantee number one positions or consistent top ten positions for any
particular keyword, phrase and or search term. The Company shall not be responsible for
changes made to The Website by other parties that may adversely affect The Website’s search
engine rankings.
The Company is not responsible for The Client overwriting SEO work to the Client’s Website.
The Client will be charged an additional hourly fee for reconstructing content and SEO work.
Applicable Law
This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of __________ in __________
County and any applicable Federal Law.
