I read with great interest regarding your advertisement for post of Customer
Service Executive in The Straits Times dated Saturday, 1 Oct 2005.
After reading through your company’s website, I am very impressed by ANZ’s
corporate mission and vision of “service excellence “and I would very much
like to contribute to your ANZ’s future success by being part of your team if
given an opportunity.
My outgoing personality and recently completed education make me a strong
candidate for a position as a customer service executive in ANZ.
I recently graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP) with a Diploma in
Business Management. The unique teaching methods deployed by NYP have
equipped me with strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and web-

Management and Professional Services Operations Management, are some
modules I have taken that are relevant for this post.
In addition, I was
exposed to real business processes and operational management aspects of
three business centres in the polytechnic, one of which is the Call Centre
Laboratory. I was involved in a client project during my attachment to the Call
Centre and was trained in various aspects of providing good customer
services. From my above experiences, I believe that I can add value to your
team by being a good Customer Service Executive.
