CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

, Consignee, agrees to list approved items for REGISTERED GUESTS and coordinate sale

under the terms and conditions listed in this contract and LEGAL TERMS document. The REGISTERING

GUEST agrees to pay a SUBSCRIPTION FEE of $6.95 for PAYPAL verification. This annual fee is due upon

registration and is non-refundable.

SELLER agrees to be responsible for fair and accurate information regarding items: description, condition,

function, shipping and availability. SELLER (consignor) agrees to list the items with consignee for a period of

at least 90 days during which time they will be listed for sale on . Items are typically approved and

posted within 2 business days. Once an item is listed, it will run for 90 days. Consignor may not withdraw an

item after it is listed under any circumstances during this period.

If the listing fails to sell within 90 days, consignor has the option to delete item or reactivate the item(s) at a

reduced PRICE or an increased ACTION LEVEL. ReRem Equipment Corp reserves the right to approve or

deny reactivation.

Consignor warrants that he or she is the sole legal owner of the property to be sold. Consignor further warrants

that the description of the item(s) and any representations made about the item(s) is/are true and correct to the

best of his or her knowledge. If an item(s) is listed for consignment under false pretences, CONSIGNOR will

be held liable and responsible for any expenses incurred by , registered guests or other

stakeholders.

HANDLING & LOADING expenses are the SELLER’s responsibility, SHIPPING / UNLOADING charges are

the responsibility of the BUYER.

PAYMENTS will be processed by and distributed upon successful transaction completion.

All parties, SELLER / BUYER / , agree to the above terms and that any disputes arising under

this agreement will be settled by binding arbitration according to the rules of The American Arbitration

Association.
