Not being picked up from practice or games on time

All practices end at 4:00 each day. Please be on time when picking up your student-

athlete. Students must be picked up no later than 4:30. The following guidelines will be

followed if players are not picked up on time. On game days if the coach has to wait

more than 15 minutes after the game the same guidelines will be followed.

The player may not practice after school for one week and will miss one game.

The player will not be allowed to attend after school practice for the remainder of the

year and they will miss 2 games.

The player will not be allowed to play for the remainder of the season.

Expectations of Partnership

Our goal is to have a positive season where student athletes, parents, and coaching staff

can work together to create an environment that is cohesive for everyone. Parents, please

initial next to each agreement

____ I have reviewed the attached Communication Guidelines.

____ I will not approach a coach after the game about issues relating to the game;

however, a coach may approach parents after the game to discuss disciplinary issues.

____ I need to make an appointment to talk with a coach.

____ I will refrain from sitting or standing directly behind or beside the Deer Creek

dugout during the game.

____ I will not enter the locker room/dugout area without assistance from an

administrator during games.

____ I will not approach umpires at anytime before, after, or during a game.
