Tips for Renting Equipment for your Wedding Ceremony



Plan ahead as far as possible to insure your choices will be available.



make your wedding special and memorable.

Ask a consultant if there’s something you want that we don’t carry. We may be

able to get it for you or we’ll refer you to someone who may have what you want.



Select and reserve rental equipment as far in advance as possible.



Arrange for the rental items to be picked up the day before the wedding and

returned after the wedding. Weekend rentals are Friday-Monday.



If we are delivering items, make sure someone will be there to meet us.

Layout Service

Are you unsure if you can accommodate 400 guests at your reception site? Are you

wondering where you should put the buffet table, cake table, or gift table?

Let us help you by producing a layout of your event. We can easily figure how many

guests you can accommodate and where everything should be placed.
