I am writing to see if you and (Company Name) would be interested in sponsoring our
upcoming badminton tournament which will be held on November 28, 2009 Saturday at
Alabang Zapote Road. I am launching the re-opening of the badminton court for
awareness on health exercise to reach out to all ages fro 12years old and up 50 years of
age who currently make this sport for their exercise. In cooperation with our loyal players
who we call the MORNING MOM’s Group who frequently play every Monday,
Wednesday and Friday. I am in behalf working with them this year to give back to all the
players all their support they have given to this sport.
The tournament will focus on three categories which is the Ladies doubles event, mens
doubles and the mixed doubles which will be participated by 200 players. This event will
create families, corporation and individuals to bond more together to build health
awareness in this area and that this facility is still up and running to serve them nore
better.
The program would be held on November 28, 2009 Saturday and we are located at
Warehouse no.2 Don Mariano Indusrtial Complex , Alabang Zapote Road (beside Toyota
Alabang). Your generous sponsorship would be highlighted by (select from following list
