seller) to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian of the buyers choice. And upon finding, to the

buyer's dissatisfaction, any illness or health deficiency, the puppy may be returned to the seller for an

exchange of another puppy or monetary refund.

If the puppy is returned to the seller at a later date and the puppy is resold by the seller, the buyer is

entitled to the money from the resale minus the seller's expenses.

It is understood that this dog will not be bred without the written consent of the seller. It is further

understood that this dog will not be bred without an OFA registration number certifying the dog free

of hip dysplasia or be bred to a dog who does not have an OFA number.

It is understood that is dog will not be bred without a CERF number certifying the dog free of eye

problems or bred to a dog who does not have a CERF number.

The buyer of this puppy agrees that if at any time he/she finds it necessary to either sell or place the

puppy/dog, that the puppy/dog will be returned to the seller who will have the responsibility of placing

or reselling the puppy/dog and thus relieve the buyer of further responsibility.

If the puppy/dog is returned to the breeder to be resold for the buyer, the buyer is entitled to the resale

price minus the breeder's expenses.

This contract is the complete agreement of the parties and no other agreements, oral or written, exits. The
