what under "Authority" in your passport.

1.14 Please fill in the expiration date of your passport. The format is

yyyy-mm-dd.

1.15 Please select your current occupation(s). If your occupation(s)

are not listed above, please check Other and specify the details. If you

are self-employed, please specify the nature of your business next to

Other section. If you have got the job offer from China but haven’t

started your job yet, please check “Unemployed”. For infant and

babies, check “Other” and specify on the side as "Child".

1.16 Please select your highest education level you have received.

1.17 Please fill in your employer or school information in Canada/US.

We suggest you to spell out the employer name. If you are currently

unemployed, please write “N/A”. If you are self-employed, please

state the nature of your business after business name. If your are

retired, unemployed or homemaker, please type in "N/A".

1.18 - 1.20 Please fill in a Canadian address and contact phone

number. Do not put on address outside of Canada. Make sure the

address is written in full with street number, name, city and province.

1.21 Please fill in your contact email address.

1.22 Please select your marital status.

1.23 Please fill in the details of your major family members including

your spouse, parents and children. This section should not be blank. If

you are married, spouse information is mandatory. If you are not

married, parents passed away and have no child, please state so in

this section. Uncles, aunts, friends are not considered as major family

member for visa application.

1.24 Please fill in name, phone and relationship of contact person in

case of emergency.
