Materials Needed: iPod song: Hand Jive; teacher will need to practice with
the music so that you are familiar with the phrases and the movement
Steps: Movement
♦ Continue to remind students about the points that they are earning
♦ Introduce the activity - define your expectations (no laughing, no
talking and participate, working together as a group)
♦ Hand Jive (with music and caller - on iPod): have everyone stand -
complimenting them for doing it quietly or reminding them if it is not
quiet -
