♦ Strike fists twice (make a fist and pound on top of each other), one on

top of the other

♦ Strike fists again, the other hand on top

♦ Pound fist into the opposite palm twice (fist in palm)

♦ Pound fist into the other palm

♦ Touch one elbow twice

♦ Touch the other elbow twice

Part 2

♦ Make a circle imaginary lasso, left hand

♦ Make a circle imaginary lasso, right hand

♦ Hitch hike with thumb, left hand

♦ Hitch hike with thumb, right hand

♦ Cool wave, left hand, waist high palm forward, foot forward

♦ Cool wave, right hand, waist high palm forward, foot forward

♦ Interlock hands, champion sign over one shoulder

♦ Interlock hands, champion sign over the other shoulder

♦ Reach high and catch a fly, slap into the palm of the other hand, flick

him away and stomp him

The teacher leads the movements, reminding students as the movements

come up.

♦ At the end have students sit quietly, tell them if they've received any

points and put them on the board

♦ Ask students who are going to the other class to quietly stand, push in

their chairs and line up at the door
