UMMARY

The Warehouse Manager position will oversee the catering warehouse daily functions including but not

limited to maintaining FFT beverage program, equipment program, scheduling of staff. The Manager will

also be responsible for the hiring, training, development and continued growth of employees with Food

For Thought’s vision and core principals.

these skills to successfully manage a high volume fast paced warehouse while continuing to grow and

develop the staff to achieve both Food For Thought and the employee’s vision of success. Being a leader

position.

UNCTION

The main function as Warehouse Manager is organizing and maintaining the warehouse, inventory of

beverage and equipment, on time and accurate event departs. Training and developing of warehouse staff

to meet the needs of both our internal and external customers’ expectations.

SSENTIAL

UTIES

Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and

enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements

•

by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising

management on needed actions.

Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security

•

procedures and protocols.

Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
