DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

This position reports to the grounds lead person performing

grounds and lawn care to include, but not limited to, daily policing of grounds for trash and

hazardous conditions, mowing and trimming, weeding and mulching flower beds. During

inclement weather, removes snow from sidewalks and parking lots. Performs other duties to

include, but not limited to, painting, general repairs, housekeeping, event set-ups and take-

downs, and other duties as directed by the Building and Grounds Superintendent.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: High School Diploma or GED. Ability to lift and move

furniture up to 50 pounds. Must be a self-starter and possess a valid driver's license. Must be

able to work at all campus locations. Criminal history and other background checks will be

required of the finalist candidate for the position. Satisfactory reference and background checks

are a condition of employment.

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:

Some event set up and general housekeeping

experience.
