The Housekeeping/Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of our guest rooms
and our public areas. He/She will be expected to not only lead by example in cleaning the
rooms but also in the way that He/She interacts with guests, presents themselves for work, and
treats his/her team members at Hotel Icona every day.
The Housekeeping/Supervisor will be in contact with guests on a regular basis and will be
expected to create positive guest interactions every time. Acknowledging and greeting our
guests in public areas with a smile or friendly greeting is our first opportunity to make a lasting
Iconic Experience. The Housekeeping/Supervisor must be an expert on hotel facilities and
services to assist guests as best as they can.
The Housekeeping/Supervisor must have multiple years of experience cleaning, preferably on a
hotel or condo property. They must have a great attention to detail in addition to strong
leadership qualities. The most important part of the housekeepers job is to deliver a 5‐star
experience to our guests beginning from the minute they walk through the door.
