Read Form TC600 How to Appeal a Tentative Assessment and TC108 Instructions before you write. Use this form to appeal
the tentative assessed valuation of a parcel designated on the assessment roll in tax class one. Do not use this form for
property in tax class two, three or four. Apply on this form if you object to valuation alone; if you also have a classification or
exemption claim, apply on Form TC106 with TC200. Complete the entire form. Incomplete applications may not receive
review. If you do not request a personal hearing, your application will be reviewed on the papers submitted. File one
photocopy with the original. File at the Tax Commission in Room 1137, 1Centre Street in Manhattan, or at a Department of
Finance Business Center in another borough. See Form TC600 for their locations. The original application and photocopy
must be received by 5:00 p.m. on March 15, 2006. A Tax Commission receipt (Form TC10) is the only proof of timely filing.
