PIN Changes and Disabled PIN Resets
• How do I change my PIN?
Changing your PIN can be performed with a customer service representative at 1-800-204-6394, 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week. Your new PIN will be mailed to you within 7-10 days. Please note that an authorized individual must supply the
customer service representative with the correct Federal Employee Identification Number (FEIN) to make the requested
changes.
• How do I reset a forgotten or disabled PIN Code?
In the event that you have forgotten your selected PIN or have been disabled, a customer service representative must be
contacted at 1-800-204-6394 to have your PIN reset and regain system access.
Enrollment and Prenote Information
• How long does the enrollment procedure take to process any changes or additions to the information on file?
We recommend that you allow 14-21 days to receive your form. If you are changing bank account information, the system
will generate a prenote transaction to confirm the change with your financial institution. Your account will be placed in
prenote pending status for 6 business days during that time.
• What is the procedure for changing my enrollment or registration information?
You may call a customer service representative at 1-800-204-6394 to make contact and address changes. Bank account changes must
be submitted in writing on an updated Enrollment Form. Please submit the updated form to: Alaska State Automated Payment
Enrollment Processing,Tax Division, P.O. Box 173926, Denver, Colorado, 80217-3926.

• What does Prenote Pending status mean?
To ensure that all the banking information on your enrollment form is valid, a zero dollar transaction is sent through the
ACH system. A Prenote Pending status signifies that your bank or financial institution is in the process of confirming the
banking information you supplied.
• What do I do if I received a Prenote Rejection letter?
Your Prenote Rejection letter should specifically indicate the problem with your prenote. If you have entered the correct
account number on your enrollment form, you will have to contact your financial institution representative to discuss and
resolve the problem. After the problem is resolved, please resubmit your enrollment form with the correct information.
